Finely balanced books

Now my yet-to-be-read pile has reached fourteen
(plus three of the ten lent by my daughter,
at the end of last month)
I am beginning to panic, slightly.

    Get an e-reader! My yet to be read 'pile' stands at something in the region of 1750 - but it still fits in my handbag.

    I know the feeling! e-readers are tempting but there is nothing like a real book.

    1750 waiting would totally appall me - so little time!!

    I thought I'd miss them (and I still have 'proper' books) but I've been surprised. I wouldn't be without my little toy now.
