A wonderful image you create. Poor maligned dandelions, how we hate them in our gardens yet they are an important food source for one rare bird (though I forget which!). Among other uses the leaves can be eaten in salad, infused as a tea and made into a cordial with Burdock.
Oh they would be facing a firing squad if I had anything to do with it!
