Yes - I've scheduled Susannah for tomorrow and said precisely that! This photograph was a wonderful find, not in the photo albums but tucked in with a load of cartes de visite of famous folk. I recognised John from the angle of his arm in this and a 20 year later photo.
What a wonderful expression. He looks as if he's having to put on a serious face for the photo (like they did back then)
